MODAccessibility Tweaks provides custom configuration options for various in-game elements. It allows users to modify the colors of multiple progress bars, including Enemy HP, Friendly HP, Pal XP, Pal HP, Pal Hunger, Player Hunger, Player XP, Player Shield, and Player Weight Notification. Additionally, it offers custom user interface size configurations for elements such as the Player HUD (bottom left and right), Pal Worker Info popup, Base Camp Task Menu (top right HUD), Pal Status HUD, and popups above Pal heads. A global UI size change is also available, though not recommended.

The mod also includes custom animation configurations. Users can disable or enable the Pal eat and sleep icons in base (on task lists and in the PalBox), and choose between a static or animated work hammer icon. It also provides an option to disable or enable the button hover effect and reduce other animations. Some Pal log time multipliers can also be adjusted. To apply changes, the game must be restarted. The mod requires UE4SS to be installed.
