MOD15 - A lot of the behaviors can be toggled, the idea of the add-on is to be fully (fun functional) that's why anyone can even morph as the Howler.

The Howler add-on is meant to be progressive, while it isn't much of a threat at first then this is a chance to get resources and better gears.
