The Nightmare Overload modpack for Minecraft Bedrock Edition transforms the Overworld into a psychological horror game. Its purpose is to create constant tension and terrifying encounters while maintaining the core Minecraft survival experience. Features include dense atmospheric fog for reduced visibility, terrifying creatures with unique behaviors, horror ambient sounds that make environments unsettling, and abandoned structures filled with mystery and loot. It also offers expanded ocean horror, including The Bloop, and improved immersion.

This modpack includes several add-ons such as The Bloop, Cave Dweller, Goatman, The Man From The Fog, Don't Cry, Terror Ambient, Immersive Ambient Sounds, Abandoned & Ruined Structures, custom fog and merged compatibility fixes, and Herobrine. It is multiplayer compatible. While technically optional, the Nightmare Visuals Pack is highly recommended for the best experience. Using Vibrant Visuals alongside the Nightmare Visuals Pack is also highly recommended for ultimate graphics.
