Vault 83 The Librarian Mod

MOD

On the eastern side of the commonwealth you come across a mysterious building that seems to beckon you inside.

You will need to speak to the Casey Miller, an NPC who is upstairs in the Library to get the key that unlocks the elevator inside the Vault.

This mod contains two quests, a vault and something a little bizarre.
