MODA state of the art ENB preset that brings the graphics of Fallout 4 into the present ;)
Then open the ENB menu, go to enbadaptation.fx in the shader window and use Manual Overwrite.
A: Open the ENB menu, go to enbeffectpostpass.fx in the shader window and disable / enable Letterbox.
