Power Armor Fast Exit and Enter Mod

Small animation swap to always use the "fast exit" power armor exit animation (it's A LOT faster).

Don't let the Power Armor's exit door hit you on the way out! :].

Also, I was mislead by the link that NMM threw at me on this, so if you did what I said earlier today (Dec. 16, 2015), then please remove the section from your "Fallout4Custom.ini".
