OCDecorator - Static Loot Mod
MODOCDecorator allows you to lock movable objects in place, using the in-game settlement builder!
It removes conflicting menu patches (which will become more and more frequent as more mods hit the menus.) So if you find that you're patching too much for your own good, you might want to take a look there.
(most objects require that you have one of said object in your inventory to build.
