LOST Audio Tweaks Mod

This is my attempt to improve the audio from Fallout 4 with a collection of sound tweaks, fixes and other packs without replacing too much and getting away from the original feeling.

This allows sound to propagate over longer distances, whilst decreasing the distance in which sounds will play in "2D".".
