Legendaries They Can Use Mod
MODChanges how legendary enemies get legendary items to actually make sense.
This mod replaces that script, so now it scans the NPCs inventory, and picks a random item they already have to slap a legendary on.
This mod also alters legendary Raiders, Synths, and Gunner Legendaries to use their respective Boss lists, so that they have a larger pool of weapons to draw from.
