Horizon v1.9.4 (April 2024) Mod
MODHorizon is a large scale overhaul of Fallout 4 that rebalances and expands the gameplay from the ground up.It contains thousands of changes, redesigned systems, and new additions to very carefully balance everything together.
WARNING: It is HIGHLY advised to NOT use any of the broken mod list "collections" (with Horizon in it) that are forcibly advertised above.
You cannot just jam Horizon into a list with incompatible and unbalanced mods and expect thousands of data conflicts and hundreds of gameplay mechanics to work correctly.
