Hellcat Power Armor - The Gunner Patrol (Sim Settlements 2 Compat) Mod
MODA Sim Settlements 2 Compatibility Patch that turned finding the Hellcat Power Armor into a small encounter in the wild.
Since Sim Settlements 2 uses up the Gunner Plaza a lot of the times the Hellcat Power Armor ends up despawning/getting deleted before you get your hands on it.
DefaltTheFixer and Mavmanzero for creating Gunner Outfit Pack (STANDALONE) and the open permission to use the assets!.
