FROST Survival Simulator Mod
MODFROST is a hardcore total conversion mod set in the years following the Great War of 2077 that aims to eliminate all vanilla quests and NPCs to create a freeform survival experience.
It is way easier if you just use the Below Zero Guide to make a FROST setup.
Just about anything that alters stats, leveled lists, weather or NPCs will conflict and requires a patch.
