FO4 Hotkeys Mod

Upon poking around in the exe I found that Fallout 4 actually supports hotkeys, but it was disabled in traditional Bethesda style.
Add bUseConsoleHotkeys=1 and sConsoleINI=Data\Hotkeys.ini under the section header.
