Equipment and Crafting Overhaul (ECO) - Redux Mod
MODExtensive, modular and highly compatible equipment overhaul and expansion of the crafting system.
If you want to use them for progression or don't have any self-restraint, while disabling them isn't an option, you could add requirements to the recipes yourself or use a mod like ECO Equipment Enhancement Is Not Free.
This one doesn't require ECO's entry point and is available by default.
