Enhanced Lights and FX Mod
MODEnhanced Lights and FX has the goal to create a more atmospheric and realistic lighting.
Add the following lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini in Documents\My Games\Fallout4.
The "cl rim" command controls the rim light the game characters, that value should reduce it.
