General manufacturing tweaks, scrapping machines for weapons/armor/mods/ammo, new builders, improved conveyors, and conveyor lifts.

This mod adds a TON of stuff for manufacturing!.

Since the Armor/Weapon Scrapper REQUIRE the scrapper perk I've added a randomization element to the scrap output making them better than scrapping on the bench.
