MODA brand new location with a fully voiced lore-friendly quest, subway station settlement with immersive repairs, an expansive dungeon and much more.
Once the quest is completed you will gain access to the settlement, And using the Station terminal you will have options to adjust the subway lighting, raise & lower the water and more.
Ashland Station does not make any changes to cells within the commonwealth worldspace, instead using "persistent" records for the above ground entrance.
